1. Services

SB Packers & Movers may provide household shifting, office relocation, packing and unpacking, loading and unloading, vehicle transportation, storage, and related logistics services. Service availability depends on the route, vehicle availability, site conditions, and confirmation by our authorized team.

2. Quotations and Final Pricing

Any quotation shared through our website, WhatsApp, phone, or email is an estimate based on information provided by the customer, unless expressly confirmed in writing as a fixed quotation.

Final charges may change where there is a difference between the initial information provided and actual requirements, including:

• Actual volume, inventory count, or unexpected extra items
• Pickup or delivery access conditions (e.g., narrow lanes, long carrying distance)
• Floor elevation, unavailability of lift, or stair carrying requirements
• Distance variations, route restrictions, toll charges, or additional stops
• Special packing, heavy item handling, dismantling, or reassembly needs
• Waiting time, temporary storage, or forced rescheduling

Any additional charge will be communicated for customer approval before the related work is carried out where reasonably possible.

3. Booking and Confirmation

A booking is confirmed only after SB Packers & Movers has accepted it in writing or through official WhatsApp communication and any required token or advance payment has been received.

Customers must provide accurate contact details, pickup and delivery addresses, moving dates, complete inventory details, and any access restrictions. Please notify us promptly of any changes to your booking. Changes may affect vehicle availability and final pricing.

4. Payments

The required advance payment and payment schedule will be stated in your confirmed quotation or booking communication. The remaining balance is payable upon completion or as agreed in that confirmation.

Accepted payment methods will be communicated by our team. Customers should make payments only to verified SB Packers & Movers payment details (official UPI/bank account) and retain the receipt or payment transaction reference for records.

5. Customer Responsibilities

The customer is responsible for:

• Providing correct booking, contact, and inventory information
• Ensuring authorized access to pickup and delivery locations
• Arranging society/building permissions, parking permits, lift access, and entry approvals where required
• Declaring fragile, high-value, oversized, or special-handling items prior to the move
• Checking all items, rooms, and documents before the moving team leaves the premises

The customer must not include prohibited, dangerous, illegal, perishable, or undeclared items in a shipment.

SB Packers & Movers reserves the right to refuse transport for items that are unsafe, unlawful, or improperly declared. Prohibited items include:

7. Delays and Unforeseen Events

Estimated pickup and delivery times are indicative. Delays may occur due to severe weather conditions, traffic congestion, road closures, government transit restrictions, vehicle mechanical breakdowns, labor availability, or other events outside reasonable control.

SB Packers & Movers will make all reasonable efforts to inform customers promptly if a material delay occurs.

8. Loss, Damage, Fragile Goods & Insurance

Our crew takes professional care while packing, loading, transporting, and delivering goods. However, SB Packers & Movers is not liable for pre-existing furniture damage, normal transit wear and tear, defects in customer-packed boxes, or loss/damage resulting from undeclared fragile or prohibited items.

Transit insurance, if opted, must be requested before the move and is subject to the insurance provider’s policy terms, declared value limits, deductible clauses, exclusions, and official claim documentation process.

9. Cancellation and Rescheduling

Cancellation and rescheduling terms, including any applicable fee or token refund policy, are governed by your confirmed booking communication. Customers are requested to notify us as early as possible if plans change, as dedicated vehicles and moving crews are reserved in advance.

10. Privacy

We collect customer information such as name, mobile number, pickup/drop addresses, and inventory details solely to provide logistics services, communicate updates, and process bookings. We strictly respect privacy and do not sell personal information to third parties.

11. Conduct

Customers and moving staff are expected to interact respectfully. SB Packers & Movers reserves the right to suspend or cancel service where there is abusive behavior, fraudulent activity, unsafe work conditions, or materially misleading booking information.

12. Changes to These Terms

SB Packers & Movers may update these Terms & Conditions periodically to reflect operational or regulatory changes. The version displayed on this website applies from its stated last-updated date.

13. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Noida, Uttar Pradesh.
